Thank you for your interest in a custom graphite pencil portrait. Here are the next steps in the process:
1. OPTION SELECTION, FORM COMPLETION & CHECKOUT: a) Select portrait size and the number of subjects in the Options section, e.g., 8x10 (2 subjects), etc. b) Complete Custom Request Form. c) Complete checkout and payment.
2. CHOOSE PHOTO(s): Select a high definition (color or black/white) photo of subject(s). Please make sure the photo is not blurry and shows key facial features (eyes, nose, mouth, etc) with clear facial details. If you are undecided on final photo, feel free to send 2-3 photos for consideration/consultation.
3. EMAIL PHOTO(s): Email photos to realizeyourart@gmail.com with subject line "Custom graphite portrait request"
4. REVIEW CONFIRMATION & PROPOSED PORTRAIT LAYOUT: You will receive at confirmation email within 24-48 hours with a proposed graphite portrait layout.
5. CONFIRM PORTRAIT LAYOUT: Reply back to the email with confirmation of portrait layout. If you do not like the proposed portrait layout, feel free to submit written suggestions, send a different photo or request a personal online consultation.
6. ESTIMATED FIRST REVIEW DATE: Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with the estimated review date.
7. REVIEW & COMPLETION: You will receive an email with a link to review your custom portrait. Please review and confirm your approval. If you have any changes, please provide in email and/or request a consultation session.
8. DISTRIBUTION OF PORTRAIT: Once final portrait confirmation is received via email, the portrait will be shipped to the provided address.
